Why we exist.

Life sciences programs can't wait twelve weeks to hire the person they needed yesterday. We built Peritia to close that gap in forty-eight hours, not forty-eight days.

For a long time, the answer to "we need a specialist" was "we'll post a role, interview for ten weeks, onboard for six, and — if we're lucky — see a productive month before our deadline." For programs that moved in quarterly milestones, that worked. For Series B biotechs trying to hit a Phase 3 readout, it didn't. We saw the same story over and over: programs slipping not because of the science, not because of the capital, but because the right person couldn't be hired fast enough. And when they eventually were, they were overqualified for the next six months and underqualified the six after that.

One company, three legacies, twenty years.

Peritia is the unification of three life sciences firms with complementary networks: BioBridges (est. 2000, fractional leadership), MonitorForHire (est. 2000, CRA matching), and CHEORS (est. 2015, HEOR and RWE). Together, under the Peritia brand, we operate one network with eleven hundred engagements, three hundred and thirty-five clients, and presence in twenty countries.

The Peritia thesis is that speed is the product. Specificity is the proof. And the forty-eight-hour promise is the line every other offer bends to meet.
